REFUND POLICY: HEALTH DESIGN LEADERSHIP ONLINE PROGRAM

REFUND POLICY:  Monthly and Annual Subscriptions: Member has FOURTEEN (14) days from the date of the original purchase to request a refund for the Health Design Leadership online program monthly or annual subscription. Any refund request after the FOURTEEN (14) day time limit will not be honored.

If member purchases the Health Design Leadership products or services that are subscription based, Member agrees to pay, and authorizes automatic recurring billing of the subscription fees with the credit card, or other payment methods on file, until subsequently canceled by Member. The Member’s account will be charged monthly for the monthly subscription and every 12 months for the annual subscription.

Member understands and agrees that each automatic recurring billings of the subscription fees are nonrefundable and will not be prorated as the service is deemed used when accessed. Member authorizes Health Design, LLC to initiate debit entries from the account provided for the subscription fee, as well as any other purchases made on the site.

Member may cancel at any time within the first FOURTEEN (14) days from the date of purchase by emailing carol@HealthDesignNH.com. Please allow 10 business days for processing.
