Position Overview

Are you a self-motivated go-getter with a talent for building relationships and a passion for health, wellness, and professional growth? We’re looking for an energetic, commission-only Sales Manager to join our team on a part-time basis.
In this role, you will:
  • Identify, engage, and secure new clients for our leadership coaching and consulting services
  • Directly impact the growth and reach of our organization

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and connect with potential clients interested in leadership coaching, consulting, and emergency training
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of our services to a variety of organizations and individuals
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to generate leads and close sales
  • Maintain honest, transparent, and positive relationships with clients and team members
  • Accurately document client interactions, leads, and progress in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with our health, wellness, and coaching professionals to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
  • Stay informed about industry trends and opportunities within the health and wellness sector
  • Attend virtual monthly meetings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in health, wellness, safety, and leadership fields
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of honesty and integrity
  • Positive, energetic attitude and a drive to achieve goals
  • Creative problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for effective documentation
  • Based in central or southern New Hampshire
